With the exception of credit card transactions that fail automated fraud review and detection checks, all orders are fulfilled both on the customer’s on-screen order confirmation and by email upon successful transaction, usually within minutes.Â
Orders that fail fraud checks must be reviewed manually, and legitimate orders are released, delivered and marked as shipped. This process may take 1-2 business days, although we will make every attempt to review such transactions as they occur.
